We always source as much of our produce as we can from the UK and our local area but will include options grown further afield to add variety and excitement to your box.

Please note our deadline for orders is 6.00pm Wednesday. If your order arrives after this, it will be added to next week’s delivery runs.
Your delivery cost will be calculated at checkout when you type in your address. Make sure your postcode is written in capital letters and has a space in between the two parts.
We offer a local delivery service by our friendly team each week on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Local deliveries cost £1.50 and the routes can be found here: www.cotswoldvegbox.com/delivery-routes
We also offer national delivery for anyone outside our local area. This is packed and delivered the next day, with ice-packs in the box to keep the produce fresh. The cost for this service is £3.50 and is provided by our delivery partner APC.

We may expand our local delivery zone as we grow. If your address is close to somewhere we already deliver to, encourage your friends and neighbours to check us out too, we may be able to expand our local delivery zone to include your area if we have enough customers there.
Box contents & allergy advice
The contents of your box will change from week to week. Our box contents lists are usually confirmed every Tuesday, at which point we’ll update the listing above to show exactly what will be included in your box that week. We may occasionally have to make last minute changes to these lists if there is a problem with the supply chain or if anything arrives in bad condition. If this happens, we’ll add another similar item to the box.
If you have any allergies or really don’t like a certain item, let us know in the “veg requests” tab when placing your order or via email if the order is already placed.
If your property is difficult to find, please leave us instructions to help our drivers find your property. All our drivers use the What3Words app so send us a link if you have it.
If anything arrives in your box that is below-par, or if any items are missing, contact us via email and send a photo of anything you’re not happy with we’ll arrange a refund or a voucher to make up for it.
We operate in a clean and hygienic space but it is a space that will have contained nuts at one point or another even if they are not contained within the boxes.
Delivery to your door
Here's some extra information about our delivery process:
We collect fresh fruit and veg every week to ensure you always get high quality produce in your veg box.
If you’re not in, we will leave your box on the doorstep or in an otherwise obvious safe safe spot unless you give specific delivery instructions when placing the order.
All of our local delivery drivers are friendly, welcoming and knowledgable so feel free to chat to them about your order on the doorstep, they’re always happy to help.
All payments will be taken online although we may allow cash-on-delivery under certain circumstances.
Anyone outside of our local delivery zone, receiving our boxes via courier, will be sent an email and/or a text message on Friday morning when the delivery is due which will allow you to track your order.
