We can deliver to all UK mainland addresses via our courier partner DPD - National delivery costs £4.95 for most orders, or £9.90 if you order is over 15Kg and in 2 shipments.
Local customers; to help our drivers find your address, leave a What3words link on your order. Also feel free to give suggestions for a “safe space” to leave the box if you are out when we make the delivery.
You do not have to be in when we deliver, we will leave the box on the doorstep, or your designated safe space when we arrive at your address.
You will receive notification as soon as the box is delivered. If you have ordered meat, we will include an ice pack with the delivery to keep it cool. On really hot days during the summer, we will also use an ice pack to keep your delivery cool and may choose a shadier spot to leave the veg box.
National customers; You will be able to track your delivery via the DPD tracking portal. All deliveries will be cooled with ice packs in transit. Short delivery instructions are recommended.
